Subscriptions & Connections
FAQs
Find answers based on where the issue occurs. Check account status and orders in the user panel. For connection issues, keep the error message and check your network, subscription, client and target app in that order.
Account & Subscription
Create an account, retrieve your subscription and switch devices. Keep your subscription link secure, just like your login credentials.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can remember and keep your login details secure; never share your password and subscription link together. Creating an account and purchasing a plan are separate steps, so an account alone does not include an active plan. Manage plans, retrieve your subscription and submit support tickets from the user panel. If you have trouble logging in, check your entries first and follow the guidance shown in the panel.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update my routes?
Sign in to the user panel to retrieve your subscription. In your client, find the imported subscription profile and use its update option. After updating, make sure VPNKM is still selected and check that the region list loads correctly. Updating a subscription and reconnecting are different steps: an update reloads the configuration, while connecting enables the selected route. If an update fails, check your local network and plan status in the panel. Avoid importing the same subscription repeatedly, as duplicate profiles can be easy to confuse.
Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch or add devices?
There is no device limit. You don't need to choose a new plan just because you switch or add devices; data allowances are still based on your selected plan. Sign in to the user panel on the new device to get the client for its platform and retrieve your subscription, then import it and test the connection. When you stop using an old device, disconnect it and remove any locally saved subscription. Treat your subscription link like an account credential and don't share it publicly. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so check your remaining allowance before use.
Which platforms are supported, and where can I get the client?
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Client downloads are available in the user panel after you sign in with an active purchased plan; your subscription is also available there. Open the downloads area, choose the option for your operating system, and follow the installation and import instructions in the panel. Direct installer links aren't provided on marketing pages. After installation, confirm that your subscription imported successfully before selecting a route and connecting. Installing the client alone does not mean your device's traffic is using the selected exit.
Can I send my subscription link to support or post it publicly for help?
Treat your subscription link like an account credential. Don't post it in public forums or include it in unredacted screenshots or logs. For troubleshooting, the operating system, client error, selected region and a description of the issue are usually enough. Before sharing a screenshot, hide your password, subscription link and other sensitive information. If you think your link has been exposed, sign in to the user panel and check whether a subscription reset option is available. If you can't find one, explain the situation in a support ticket and follow the guidance you receive. Never submit your subscription to an unfamiliar website.
Connections & Troubleshooting
First identify the scope of the issue, then change settings. Change only what affects the problem and keep a record of results you can reproduce.
What should I check first if I can't connect at all?
Disconnect the client and confirm that your local network can access the internet normally. Then sign in to the panel and check your plan status and data balance. If your local network is working, return to the client and confirm that the correct subscription is selected and the route list has loaded. Check whether your system allows the client to establish a connection. Next, try a route in another region for comparison, changing only one setting at a time. If all routes fail, note the full client error, your network environment and the steps you've tried, then visit the troubleshooting page or submit a support ticket.
The client says it's connected, but websites won't load. What should I do?
A connected status only confirms that the client has established a connection; it doesn't prove that browser traffic is using the expected route. First, make sure the system proxy or the client's required traffic-routing mode is enabled, and check whether another proxy tool is running at the same time. Compare results across different websites to see whether the issue is general or limited to a particular site. If only one site fails, check rule matching, DNS resolution and the site's own status. Don't assume every issue is caused by the route, and avoid repeatedly reinstalling the client.
Why does my browser work through the proxy, but a specific app doesn't?
Apps can handle network traffic differently, so a working browser doesn't mean every app is being routed through the proxy. Check whether the app has its own proxy settings, then see if the client rules are sending the target domain directly. You can temporarily switch to global mode for comparison, then restore your usual rule mode after testing. If nothing changes, check whether the app needs to be restarted or has separate network permission restrictions. When submitting a support ticket, include the app name and the specific action that fails instead of simply saying it doesn't work.
Does a failed subscription update mean my plan has expired?
A failed subscription update doesn't necessarily mean your plan has expired. It could also be caused by your current network, an old link, the selected profile or how the client reads the subscription. Sign in to the user panel and check your plan status, then retrieve the current subscription from the panel and compare it with the source saved in your client. If the link came from an old screenshot or history, use the version currently shown in the panel. Check whether the client reports a connection failure, a parsing error or access being denied. Keep the exact error text to help narrow down the issue, but don't include your full subscription link in a support screenshot.
What should I do if my mobile connection drops when the screen locks, or if I need support?
First, determine whether the system ends the connection when the screen locks, or whether the connection remains active while the app can't access the internet. Check background activity, battery management and network permissions, and allow the client to run in the background as needed. Reopen the client and see whether the issue is resolved. If you need help, include your operating system, the client message, when the issue occurs, the selected region and a comparison of behavior in the foreground and background. Don't include your password or full subscription link, and there's no need to reset all of your device's system settings just to troubleshoot.
Speed & Routes
Route type, exit region and target platform all affect performance. Compare under the same conditions for useful results.
Where are routes available, and how should I choose a region?
Coverage includes 110+ countries and 160+ routes. The routes available to you are shown in your subscription list after you sign in. Choose a region based on the target service's requirements, then compare how routes perform on your current network rather than relying on geographic distance alone. Test different regions on the same network and with the same service, keeping other conditions as consistent as possible. A region name indicates the exit location; it doesn't guarantee access to every website. If you need to stick to a particular region, check the target platform's account and region requirements before changing your exit.
How can I find the cause of slowdowns during peak hours?
Pause background downloads, cloud sync and other network-heavy tasks, then make sure your local network isn't congested. Compare routes with the same target service. If all routes are slow, try a different local network for comparison. If only a particular region is slow, note the original route and use another available region in the meantime. Web browsing, video buffering and file downloads behave differently, so a single test isn't enough to judge overall speed. When reporting the issue, include when it occurred, your network environment and the comparison results. This is more useful than simply saying the connection is slow at peak times.
What's the difference between IEPL, transit and direct routes?
These terms describe how a network path is arranged. An IEPL route uses a dedicated private link. A transit route typically passes through an intermediate connection before reaching its exit. A direct route typically connects from the local network straight to the relevant exit. Actual performance also depends on your local connection, destination region and target service, so the route label alone can't predict speed or stability. Use the labels shown in your subscription and compare routes in the same app. Keep your original settings while troubleshooting, and avoid changing unfamiliar parameters just to switch route types.
An AI tool or streaming service says my region is unsupported. Will switching routes fix it?
Not necessarily. A platform may also consider your account region, session history, detected exit location and its own service policies when determining access. First, make sure the selected region meets the platform's requirements, then check that the app is actually using that route and that your browser or app isn't retaining an old session. After switching routes, you can start a fresh session to test again, but avoid frequently moving an account between regions. A successful network connection and platform authorization are separate matters. VPNKM route coverage doesn't mean a platform guarantees access to every account or piece of content.
What should I change if my connection drops often or I suspect a DNS issue?
Keep your current settings and note whether the disconnections happen when switching networks, when the device sleeps or during continuous use. Check whether your local network also drops at the same time. If the connection stays up but domain names won't load, test other websites and apps to see whether name resolution alone is failing. Don't use DNS addresses from unknown sources or overwrite multiple client settings at once, as this adds more variables to troubleshoot. You can restore the client's clearly labeled defaults and compare another route. If the issue persists, send the error and a record of your steps in a support ticket.
Billing & Refunds
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date; data packs last until used. Check and manage orders, upgrades and refunds in the user panel.
How much does a monthly plan cost, and when does the data reset?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Choose an allowance based on the apps you use and your usage habits; everyday browsing and continuous video streaming consume data differently. Check your active plan status in the user panel. Prices on this page show the available tiers and don't replace your account's order records. If your displayed data balance doesn't match what you expect, check your activation date and selected plan first.
How are data packs charged, and how do they differ from monthly plans?
Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, while a data pack draws from its available balance; it isn't another monthly-reset plan. Before choosing, consider how regularly you use the service and check the plan details in the panel. If you already have a monthly plan and are considering a data pack, don't assume the plans can be combined or how data will be deducted. Follow the details shown in the panel, or submit a support ticket if you have questions.
What happens to the price difference if I upgrade my plan partway through?
The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. In the plan section of the user panel, check your current tier first, then review the amount and terms shown during the upgrade process before confirming. Don't substitute your own calculation by subtracting list prices, or assume how an upgrade changes your data or reset date. If the amount shown differs from what you expected, leave your current plan unchanged and share the selected tier and on-screen message in a support ticket. For amounts and plan status specific to your account, check the order and result shown in the panel.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan doesn't appear after payment?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before paying, check the plan and amount on your order and follow the checkout steps shown in the user panel. If your plan status hasn't updated after payment, return to the original order and check its status. Confirm whether the payment channel shows a successful payment or one that's still processing. Don't create and pay for the same order again while its status is unclear. If you need help, submit a support ticket with the order details, payment channel and a redacted proof of payment, and describe the message currently shown in the panel. Don't send your account password or unrelated sensitive information.
What is the refund policy, and how do I request a refund?
A 7-day money-back guarantee is available. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket section and explain your request, including the relevant order details. Read the Terms of Service for applicable details. Before submitting, confirm that the order matches your account and keep your payment record for reference. If you're also experiencing connection issues, you can include your device, network environment and troubleshooting steps, but you don't need to describe a technical fault to qualify for a refund. Check the panel for updates on your request; no processing time or additional conditions are promised on this page.
